Return & Refund Policy
Returns
At DreamBand, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.
To request a return, please contact our support team at

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

The product must show no signs of wear, use, or damage

For hygiene reasons, used or worn headbands are not eligible for return
We generally do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Free Shipping Orders
If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by us may be deducted from your refund.
Example: If your order total was $80 and shipping cost us $8, your refund would be $72.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed immediately after being placed and cannot be canceled once submitted, even if they have not yet shipped. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Defective on Arrival (DOA)
Each DreamBand is inspected before shipping. If your item arrives defective or not functioning as intended, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a replacement:

The product must be returned in the same condition it was received

Clear proof of the defect or damage may be required
If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Additional Notes
DreamBand reserves the right to deny returns or claims that fall outside this policy or show signs of misuse or abuse.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier availability. Estimated delivery times are typically 7–15 business days, though delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on select orders and promotions. If free shipping is applied, the shipping cost is covered by us at checkout.
If an order is returned, the original shipping cost incurred by us may be deducted from the refund, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we’ll assist where possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at

Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.
